Using SouthMS
Use an account you are authorized to control and keep its sign-in details secure. Use the service lawfully, share accurate information, and follow our community guidelines. Do not impersonate others, harass people, post spam, infringe rights, expose private information, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Your contributions
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give SouthMS permission to store, display, format, and moderate it as needed to operate this community. Only upload material you have permission to share. Approved public content can be read and copied by visitors.
Membership and trust
Membership and trust jointly determine available actions. Listing allowances are shared across listing categories; discussion allowances are separate. Staff can configure limits and review trust overrides. Membership does not buy favorable moderation or grant access to another member’s private information. Billing is not enabled and no recurring payments are taken.
Moderation and appeals
Qualifying reports may temporarily hide content pending review. Staff may remove content or restrict accounts for violations. Authors can see moderation outcomes and submit appeals through Help and appeals. Appeals require a different reviewer from the administrator who made the original decision.
Listing contacts
Listing owners choose which contact details to publish and whether to enable email relay. Directory routes communications; it does not negotiate, process transactions, or resolve disputes between listing participants.
Community information
Listings and opinions come from community contributors. Verify hours, prices, availability, and other important details with the source. SouthMS does not guarantee every submission’s accuracy or uninterrupted access. Do not use the site as an emergency service.

These terms and site features may be updated as the community develops. The version date appears on this page. Contact the team about concerns or an account you cannot access.
